Standard stock items are processed within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Custom-processed glass orders typically require 2–4 weeks from drawing approval, depending on complexity, quantity and production schedule. We confirm the exact lead time with every quotation.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via reputable international freight and express carriers, including sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and door-to-door courier services. The most suitable method is selected based on order size, weight, destination and urgency, and is confirmed in your quotation.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination and chosen carrier. International orders may be subject to a shipping fee displayed before checkout or quoted separately for freight orders.

Packaging and Handling

All glass is packed in crush-proof wooden crates with foam corner protection, edge guards and moisture barriers to withstand long-distance transit by sea, air or land. Special packaging can be arranged for fragile or oversized pieces.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused, standard (non-custom) products in their original packaging. Because glass products are manufactured to order and are fragile in nature, custom-processed items and items that have been installed cannot be returned except where they are defective or damaged in transit.

Return Window

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving our return authorization. Returns received outside this window may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-cut, customized, or specially fabricated glass products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit, since these items are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

Warranty Coverage

Tianhou Glass warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for the warranty period applicable to the product line and stated in your order documentation. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects including improper tempering, lamination failure, coating defects, and dimensional inaccuracies that deviate from the approved specification. Extended structural warranty terms are available on certified architectural projects.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, misuse, alterations, natural disasters, or external factors such as impact, scratches, chemical exposure, or cleaning with unsuitable agents. It also excludes normal wear and cosmetic variations inherent to glass.

Warranty Period

Standard products carry a warranty period as indicated on the invoice or quotation. Extended warranty terms may be arranged for large-scale architectural projects under a separate agreement.

Making a Claim

Remedy

If a valid claim is established, our sole obligation under this warranty is to repair, replace or, at our option, issue a refund for the defective product. Delivery costs for replacements are handled in accordance with the original order terms.

Limitation of Warranty
