Tempered Glass
High-strength safety glazing engineered for modern architectural applications.
Through controlled thermal treatment, tempered glass delivers enhanced
strength, thermal resistance and safe breakage characteristics for buildings,
facades and interior applications.

Product Overview
Engineered for Strength & Safety
Tempered Glass is produced by heating ordinary glass to a high temperature
and rapidly cooling it through controlled air quenching. This process creates
internal stress that significantly increases mechanical strength and thermal
resistance compared with standard annealed glass.
- 4-5 times stronger than ordinary annealed glass
- Excellent resistance to thermal shock and temperature changes
- Breaks into small granular fragments for improved safety
- Suitable for cutting, polishing, drilling and CNC processing before tempering
- Available in clear, tinted, coated and decorative options
Why Choose Us
Key Benefits
Enhanced Strength
Thermal tempering improves mechanical strength,
making glass suitable for demanding architectural
and commercial applications.
Thermal Resistance
Tempered glass withstands rapid temperature changes
and is ideal for facades, doors and areas exposed
to heat stress.
Safety Breakage
When broken, tempered glass fractures into small
rounded particles, reducing the risk of serious injury.
Architectural Applications
Widely used in curtain walls, windows, doors,
balustrades and interior glass systems.
Precision Processing
Compatible with edge polishing, drilling, CNC
machining and customized shapes before tempering.
Global Standards
Manufactured according to EN 12150,
ASTM C1048 and GB 15763.2 standards.

Applications
Where Tempered Glass Excels
Curtain Walls
High-strength glazing solutions for commercial towers,
office buildings and modern architectural facades.
Glass Doors
Safety glass solutions for entrance doors,
sliding doors and commercial partitions.
Windows & Residential
Durable glazing for villas, apartments,
homes and residential developments.
Commercial Interiors
Used for glass partitions, shower enclosures,
display systems and interior decoration.
Manufacturing
Precision Tempering Process
Glass sheets are precisely cut, edged,
drilled and CNC processed before heat treatment.
Glass is heated to approximately 620-680°C
inside a controlled tempering furnace.
High-pressure cooling creates internal stress
that improves strength and thermal resistance.
Optical quality, dimensions, flatness and
fragmentation performance are tested before shipment.
